Refund policy

Acclaimed Figures is committed to customer satisfaction with every purchase. If not fully satisfied, customers may email contact@acclaimedfigures.com within 30 days of receiving the product to request a full refund to the original payment method.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs to our warehouse (instructions provided upon request), unless the order is canceled within 24 hours before shipping, in which case no cost applies. Refunds will be issued after Acclaimed Figures receives a valid tracking code confirming the product has been shipped back, with funds reflecting in the original payment method within 10-15 business days. 

For products arriving damaged or broken, customers should contact contact@acclaimedfigures.com within 14 days of receipt with photos of the damage to receive a free replacement. These photos will assist us in improving packaging for future shipments.
